AI that knows how your business runs
A hotel, a clinic and a warehouse all need answers, bookings and reports, but never in the same way. Pick your industry to see the six jobs we automate there, the systems we connect to and what a day looks like with it running.
Twenty industries · Six use cases each · One team
01 In short
What industry-specific AI means here
Industry-specific AI is an agent or automation built around the way one kind of business actually works: its customers' questions, its software (a hotel's PMS, a clinic's HMS, a dealer's DMS) and its rules. Exyconn starts from those three things rather than from a generic chatbot, so the agent can look up a booking, raise the right ticket or draft the right document, and it hands anything that needs judgement to a person on your team.

03 How we work
The same careful rollout in every industry
-
01
Start from real conversations
We read a sample of the messages, calls and requests your team handles and agree which ones an agent should answer.
-
02
Connect your systems
The agent reads from and writes to the software you already run, through its API or a reliable export. Nothing gets replaced.
-
03
Pilot one channel
One use case goes live with staff checking its answers, so trust is earned before anything is switched on at scale.
-
04
Expand and keep improving
The other use cases follow one at a time; we review every conversation it could not handle and report what changed each month.
04 FAQ
Questions about AI for your industry
My industry isn't listed. Can you still help?
Probably. Most businesses share the same building blocks: customer messages, bookings or orders, documents, follow-ups and reports. Tell us how your day runs and we'll say honestly whether an agent would help.
Do I need to change my software?
No. We connect to the systems you already use — booking, billing, CRM, ERP, practice management — through their APIs or exports. If a system can't be connected, we tell you before any work starts.
Which channels can the agents work on?
WhatsApp through the official Business API, website chat, email, and phone calls through voice agents. Most businesses start with the channel where their customers already talk to them.
Who makes the important decisions?
Your team. Agents answer, collect, draft and route. Anything with real consequences, such as a refund, a clinical question, a credit decision or a hiring call, goes to a person with the context attached.
How long before something is live?
A first use case on one channel usually goes live within a few weeks of the first call. The timeline depends mostly on how quickly your systems can be connected.
