01 In short

What does Exyconn build for automotive dealerships?

AI for automotive is a set of agents that do a dealership's routine sales and after-sales work: replying to leads, booking test drives and service appointments, sending job-card updates and chasing the documents a delivery needs. Exyconn designs, builds and runs them on your dealer management system (DMS), CRM and WhatsApp Business account, so sales consultants and service advisors spend their time with buyers and vehicles. Your OEM systems stay as they are.

Why dealerships are doing this now

  • Buyers compare variants and on-road prices on their phones late at night and message whichever dealer replies first.
  • Leads arrive from the OEM website, listing portals, walk-ins and calls, and the slow ones go cold in a day.
  • After-sales carries the dealership between launches, and every lapsed service customer is revenue a local garage picks up.
  • Service advisors lose hours to "is my car ready?" calls during the busiest part of the day.
  • A delivery date slips when one finance or insurance document is missing, and someone has to notice in time.

Is the automatic petrol in grey available? And what would the EMI be?

Hi Rohit! We have one grey automatic in stock at the Baner showroom. On-road price is ₹11.8 lakh. With ₹2 lakh down over 5 years, the indicative EMI is about ₹20,000 a month; the bank confirms the final rate.

Can I drive it on Saturday?

Saturday has 10:30 or 4:00 free. Should I book one, and would you like the car brought to your home instead?

10:30 at the showroom is fine

Booked. Priya from sales will meet you, and please bring your driving licence. I'll send a reminder on Friday evening.

A buyer asks about a variant and EMI; the agent checks stock, gives an indicative figure and books a test drive.

02 The reality

Where a dealership's hours actually go

Ask a general manager or a works manager and the same list comes up. Each item is small. Together they decide the month.

04 A day with it running

One day at a two-showroom car dealership

Follow a busy Saturday. Each moment lights the part of the dealership the agent is working on.

  1. 07:30

    Service reminders go out

Forty owners whose cars are due by date or odometer get a reminder with three slot options. The first replies are booked into the DMS before the workshop opens.

  2. 09:15

    Overnight leads already answered

Twelve enquiries came in after closing. Each got stock and price answers at the time, and the consultants start the day with a ranked list in the CRM.

  3. 11:00

    A test drive moves home

A buyer can't make the showroom slot. The agent rebooks it as a home test drive at 5pm and tells the consultant and the driver.

  4. 13:40

An extra job needs a yes

The technician finds worn brake pads. The owner gets the estimate on WhatsApp, approves it, and the job card is updated without a phone call.

  5. 16:20

    One document short of delivery

Tuesday's delivery still needs a bank statement for the loan. The agent asks the buyer for it, checks the file arrives complete and tells the finance desk.

  6. 20:30

    The day in one message

Enquiries, test drives, bookings, cars delivered, vehicles serviced and parts sales reach the dealer principal, with a note on which model had the most walk-outs.

Car dealerships

A car purchase runs over weeks, with a test drive, an exchange valuation, a loan and insurance in between. Agents keep each buyer moving and keep the consultant informed at every step.

  • Lead follow-up logged in your CRM
  • Test drives against the demo-car calendar
  • Document collection for loan and insurance

Many bays, many branches

Workshops & dealer groups

09 FAQ

Questions dealerships ask us

Will this replace our sales consultants or service advisors?

No. It answers the repetitive questions, books slots and chases documents, then hands the buyer or owner to a person with the full conversation. Negotiation, exchange valuation and anything a customer is unhappy about stay with your team.

Can it work with our OEM's DMS?

It depends on what the DMS allows. Where there is an API or a dealer-side export we read stock, job cards and appointments directly; where the OEM locks it down we work from scheduled exports and your own CRM. We confirm this in the first week before promising anything.

Does the agent approve loans or quote final prices?

No. It gives indicative EMIs and prices from your current price list and says so. The lender decides on the loan, and your team confirms the final on-road price, discounts and exchange value.

Which languages can customers use?

Customers can write or speak in English, Hindi and other Indian languages such as Marathi, Tamil or Kannada, and the agent replies in the same language. Your price list and policies are maintained once.

How is customer data protected?

KYC and loan documents are stored in an environment set up for your dealership with role-based access and an audit log, and only passed to the lender or insurer you work with. The setup follows India's DPDP Act 2023, or the GDPR where it applies.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of outlets, channels and systems we connect. Most dealerships start with one use case, such as lead replies or service reminders, at a fixed price for the first phase. Tell us about your setup and we'll quote it.
