This role combines customer service with vendor management - you'll be the bridge that makes celebrations happen. Perfect for someone who loves talking to people and solving problems.
Your Daily Work:
- •Handle incoming customer inquiries about services
- •Call vendors to check availability and negotiate rates
- •Coordinate booking confirmations and follow-ups
- •Resolve customer and vendor issues over the phone
- •Update CRM with customer and booking information
Key Responsibilities
- •Respond to customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- •Match customer requirements with suitable vendors
- •Negotiate pricing and packages with vendors
- •Confirm bookings and send updates to customers
- •Handle complaints and escalate when needed
- •Maintain accurate records in our system
Requirements
- 1+ years of telecalling or customer service experience
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
- Strong phone communication skills
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Patient and empathetic personality
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in event or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Sales or negotiation experience
- WhatsApp business experience
